In recent years Dave Lucas has seen a few accidents that has reinforced his opinion on how important first aid training can be, especially in the expedition environment. As a result the Vertical World will be coordinating first aid courses with the LifeSigns group, designed for climbers and remote expeditions. They will vary from the simple 2 day Expedition Care Program to the more intense Expedition Medic course. No prior first aid knowledge will be required. This course will be modular and may be specifically designed to suit your needs. The course content will be based on the following modules.
